Quality policy- GTC aims to provide high quality services to fulfill customers’ expectations through excellent organizational management and continuous improvement. The company is in the process of obtaining ISO 9001-2000 and HACCP ( Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) Food Safety Certification, and GTC's senior management and staff at all levels are highly committed to implement and maintain, effective quality management as per ISO guide lines.
Quality objectives- Quality objectives are created, implemented, monitored and periodically reviewed to ensure their achievement and suitability. The objectives are also updated so that they will be in accordance with the strategic goals of GTC, which are;
